To break the 23 hour journey to the other side of the world we decided to make our stop-over a week in Phuket Thailand.
We knew we were guranteed a sun, a small consolation to moving from one winter to another.
It took a little while for us to feel comfortable drinking pinacoladas by the pool... it's amazing how quickly we adapted!
